We’ve been to many fantastic weddings and are very lucky to have gotten to experience a lot of them in other places. We wanted something different, that something different was Wedding Mela Events. We first met Ashwin thro Instagram and having never planned a wedding before we’d no idea what to expect! We didn’t really know what type wedding we wanted, but we did know what type wedding we didn’t want and that was enough. That was all Ashwin needed and so he began to work his magic. The attention, love and service we received from Ashwin was exceptional. He said. “You’ll fall in love with this place”. He wasn’t wrong, we did! He got it 100% right and looking back, this was testament to Ashwin and team knowledge, experience and ability to listen. And so we did it, our wedding was booked. It was official! I had a lot of communication with Ashwin and his team. Regardless of the amount of emails or queries I had, I was never more a day or two awaiting a response, even if the response was to tell me they we’re still looking into my query. Wedding Mela Events really managed my expectations. I never imagined planning a wedding to be so seamless and stress free. Their creativity, knowledge and connections across all elements of organising a weddings is extraordinary. Amazingly the service didn’t end there. He is very open to exploring new opportunities to provide us with what we wanted. All our guests were super impressed with every element of the wedding and had an absolutely fantastic day. A day that could not have been so successful without Ashwin, all of his team at Wedding Mela and all the suppliers he provided. On the same day Ashwin We thank you from the bottom of our hearts. It was the best day of our lives, one we’d happily live over and over again if we could!😊

We had a wedding at “Miththam” a week ago and Wedding Mela do the decorations for 2 events – evening outdoor lawn get-together and next morning lyengar style kalyanam. There were many stages to this before execution:
Stage 1 – the planning phase that was cake walk with the team with amazing input for both days with a perfect clear understanding of what we were looking for! They were available with hours with new recommendations and ideas for all the events. Extremely professional planning that made us calm and confident that it would turn out even better than expected[] All this knowing that we had never seen our wedding location until a week before our wedding – we laid everything in the hands of Wedding Mela for the planning and execution.
Stage 2 – we are 10 day from our wedding day and have just seen the location. Wedding Mela comes with us to the location and explains all the decoration planned in detail all the events-best experience to give us the confidence that nothing can go wrong!
Stage 3 – 2 days before the wedding and Wedding Mela still agreed to add a few new components (quiet heavy and addition I’d say) without complaining that it was in the 11th hour. The ease and flawless execution of last minute changes was commendable – could not be happier!
The BIG day – With 2 completely different decorations, the logistics, arrangements, and execution was done by the team without even being visible to the guests. The first day was done and ready before the guests arrived and the second day with flower decorations was 100% executed overnight!! Least hindered and woke up next morning to a completely different venue at first sight;)

Event Decor was something that I really was particular and passionate about, for my wedding.
I wanted the event to be so unique because the theme which myself and my husband had chosen, was MUSIC. Music being a generic concept, I wanted to personalize what it meant to us on our big day.
So when it came to the right persons, I knew from the second that I saw Wedding Mela’s Decor in my close friend’s wedding, I decided its Ashwin and Anisha till the end.

They kept improvising my ideas and their ideas as well, with respect to my theme and customized it according to our taste, which is something I loved about them from the start.
Their experience in the field spoke a lot in their actions, as they were so efficient to pay attention to every single detail that I wanted.
Their Organizational Skills were simply paramount and they were very honest in what they can do and never promised more then they were prepared to deliver. Every query and Every idea that I wanted, they were able to deliver it without any kind of hassle.

Our wedding day was possibly the most important day of our lives. Ever since we decided to get married, our minds were flooded with thoughts on how to make this day the most special day of our lives. Trying to reach a balance between the fairytale we saw in our dreams, logistical possibilities and within budget. But most of all, we wanted every bit to be personalised to be a spitting image of what we are. We wanted every second of the day to be heart felt and wanted the perfect start to our love, laughter and happily ever after.
The Wedding Mela brings exactly that to the table. They understood us, our story and what we wanted our wedding to be. Despite being very young to the market, they managed to deliver on their promise, providing an array of options with decor, floral arrangements, catering, music and you name it! The team was very helpful, pro active and understood the requirement perfectly. They were warm and comforting and made sure everything on the checklist is done to perfection.
Perfection is in the details, and these guys have got their finesse game on! The work is neat, beautiful, well designed and an absolute feast to the eye.
Every moment felt magical, there was happiness in the air, every setting piture perfect.
